Heartsease Care-About Us

Heartsease is the old English name for the pansy. The flowers were considered a cordial, and helpful in treating diseases of the heart, from which may have arisen its popular name of Heartsease. An infusion of the plant was said to help mend a broken heart.

Heartsease Care Managers, LLC, was founded to help older individuals, individuals with disabilities and their families cope with the challenges posed by potentially heartbreaking circumstances. Physical impairments, mental health issues, or dementing diseases can threaten the loss of independence and the ability to lead a meaningful life. Family may be far away or feel overwhelmed by the task of helping a spouse, parent, or loved one make the adjustments brought on by the onset or progression of a debilitating condition.

LLC is a private, fee-based care management and consulting service whose purpose is to assist older persons, individuals with disabilities and their families tackle practical life-style, health care, legal, and financial issues with confidence. Our goal is to give each recipient of our services the knowledge to remain independent and in control of his or her life.
